Clio Mobile

My roles: Product design, user research, and user testing

Timeline: 2022 - present

The Clio mobile app enables legal professionals to easily do their work outside of the office, access their case information, collect payments from their clients, and more. It has been used by over 600 people using it daily to move legal cases forward and has received 4.8/5 ratings from over 5700 reviews in the App Store and Play Store.

As the sole designer on the Mobile team, I've led many feature projects with my product manager and developers to make Clio Mobile even more powerful for our customers. Most recently, I've designed and shipped Tap to Pay to enable firms to accept payments from clients directly on their phone. Upon launch, 600 law firms used it to process over $12,000 within a month.
