My roles: Product design, user research, and user testing

Timeline: 2020 - present

Clio for Clients is a portal for lawyers to communicate securely with their clients. I was one of the first designers to work on and launch the mobile and web app. During early access, we have seen over 900 firms use it for thousands of cases.

Some of the challenges I've encountered include designing for a broad audience, creating an accessible design system, and supporting multiple platforms (web, iOS, and Android).
